Your file is encrypted from the moment it leaves your machine. The repair runs in an isolated environment — no human access at any point. Free plan files are gone after 24 hours, Premium after 48. We don't store anything beyond that window.

Can I repair a MySQL database for free?

Yes - files up to 500 MB repair at no cost, no card needed. Files between 500 MB and 5 GB use the $69 Premium plan. Anything larger, or if you need to repair multiple files regularly, the Technician Edition has no size or file limits.

Do I need MySQL installed?

No. Upload the file and the repair happens on our servers. Your machine doesn't need MySQL, a database client, or anything else.

Will my original file be changed?

Never. The tool reads your file but never writes to it. A separate repaired file is created and made available for download. Your original stays exactly as it was.

Which file types does this support?
